Mark Weeden began his construction career in 1972 building custom homes in San Diego County. He gained his extensive experience in HOA maintenance through employment with several large service companies beginning in 1990. 

In 2002 Mark established Community Building Services, Inc., a repair and maintenance company serving homeowner associations, individual homeowners, and commercial properties. 

Mark's expertise, knowledge, credibility, and licensing makes CBS a quality company ready to serve your property needs. The staff of field technicians have years of experience and offer a wide variety of skills of the highest standards.
